Membership
In today's ever-changing real estate environment,
turning challenges into opportunities can lead to tremendous success. How
to do this becomes even more important as industry professionals position
themselves to do business in the 21st century. The Real Estate Council of
San Antonio provides its members with vision, leadership and initiative in
transitional times. The Council works to strengthen the overall community
through education and involvement of its members. also strives to achieve
a balance that promotes a healthy economy while enhancing the quality of life in
the San Antonio area.
Join the Real Estate Council of San Antonio
Through the Council's proactive leadership and
membership, lines of communication with public policy-making bodies are opened,
maintained and nurtured. We not only monitor the the legislative and
regulatory bodies which affect the real estate industry, but we also provide
input whenever possible.
The Council regularly schedules informative and
educational programs on topics of significance to our industry. In addition, we
are involved in numerous community service initiatives, most notably our Green
Team partnership with the City of San Antonio and Keep San Antonio Beautiful.
We work closely with other business and real
estate related organizations in San Antonio to develop unified positions on
significant issues facing us. We also communicate regularly with The Real
Estate Councils of Dallas and Austin to accomplish our goals at a state level.
The Benefits Of Membership
There are three levels of membership in The Real
Estate Council of San Antonio:
Patron
Corporate
Individual
As a locally based organization, all memberships
dues go toward local issues, incentives and programs. At each level of
membership, one can benefit from a wide range of services and opporitunities for
participation:

Committee Participation:

Volunteers are the life blood of the Real
Estate Council. Each year members are given the opportunity to
participate in the organization's standing committees. This
opportunity ensures the chance for broad-based input in key areas such as
government relations, education and community relations |
PATRON
 |
Benefits include: Company name listed on Council printed
materials such as letterhead, program announcements and brochures; a seat on the
Council's Board of Directors; and an unlimited number of individuals from firms
participating at member rates. Plus special meetings on topics impacting
San Antonio's real estate and business communities. Company name plus
participating individuals' names recognized as members. |
CORPORATE
 |
Benefits include: 3 from the firm participating at member rates;
plus participation in some of the same special meetings as Patron members.
Company name plus 3 individuals' names recognized as members. |
INDIVIDUAL
 |
Participation at the member rates with individual's name listed
on Council's membership directory (Note: No company name will be
associated with an individual membership) |

Dues billed annually on the anniversary of when the
company/individual originally joined. |
